Refreshing, balanced Australian Sparkling. Citrus, nectarine, brioche, mineral acidity.

Bubbles are all about celebration – something we take pretty seriously here. So before we turned our hands to crafting our own signature Sparkling Wine, we took pause to consider how we’d capture the very essence of NR in a bottle.

We took our cues from the French (naturellement), and hand selected Chardonnay grapes for their classic sparkling style and the perfect balance of citrus acidity and white nectarine flavours. Then we added some fizz and undertones of brioche via some bottle conditioning (fermentation in the bottle). And because we picked the fruit early to accentuate the freshness and vibrancy of its flavours, we finessed the edges with a dash of residual sugar to create that perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.

The result: a Sparkling Chardonnay with freshness and drive. That speaks of the road it’s travelled, but also sings of the celebration that lies ahead.
