The Space

  • Seated events: up to 108 guests

  • Cocktail style: up to 130 guests

  • Permanent bar, heating & cooling

  • In-house sound system + microphones

  • Wine barrels, greenery & festoon lighting

  • Fully accessible, with 4 unisex toilets

Licensed until 11pm (Mon–Sat) and 10pm (Sun).

2026 Hire Fees & Minimum Spend

  • Venue hire: $2,750 (includes GST)

  • Minimum spend (food & drink):

    • Monday–Thursday: $6,000

    • Friday–Saturday: $11,000

    • Sunday: $9,000

What’s Included

Your venue hire covers:

  • Exclusive use of the winery

  • In-house furniture (trestle tables, bench seating, wine barrels)

  • Candles & greenery

  • Use of sound system + two microphones

  • Pre-event meetings

  • Venue cleaning before & after

  • On-site manager to oversee venue & bar operations

Food & Drink

We keep it seasonal, generous and flexible - from stand-up grazing and canapés to a full shared feast.

Food packages

  • Stand-Up Menu – $80pp (cocktail style, up to 130 guests)

  • Shared Feast – $100pp (sit-down, up to 108 guests)

Drinks packages

  • 4 hours: $77pp

  • 5 hours: $89pp

  • 6 hours: $101pp

Add-ons: Cocktails available for purchase, tea & coffee service.

The Fine Print

  • Deposit (venue hire fee) required to confirm booking

  • 50% of estimated costs due 2 months prior

  • Final balance due 7 days before event

  • Cancellations: deposit is non-refundable; cancellations within 2 months also forfeit second instalment

  • Events finish by licence time (11pm Mon–Sat, 10pm Sun)

  • External contractors must provide their own insurance
