The Wine

We make wine using grapes sourced from a network of growers throughout Victoria. Our aim is to showcase the breadth of diversity on offer throughout the state’s wine regions.

On the menu today you’ll find a few bubbly options, a few whites, a rosé and a range of reds, some made with the help of our rowdy winemaker members.

Our menu changes seasonally and is built to showcase the incredible quality of sustainable local Victorian producers (as well as being generous and delicious).

Beer, COCKTAILS & other stuff

We love beer as much as we love wine, so there’s always a delicious and seasonally appropriate selection from local craft brewers.

You’ll also find a range of cocktails on the menu. The list scratches all the usual itches, and each cocktail includes an element of wine, either straight from the bottle or used in another way (including the Pinot Noir vermouth we made in partnership with The Gospel).⁠

A cider or two and soft drinks from local producers round out the menu.

Noisy Ritual is wheelchair accessible and can be accessed via a ramp at the front door.
