Give it a chill and enjoy in the sun with your best people

The prolonged lockdown of 2020 gave us all a bit of time for reflection. In the depths of that long winter we needed a little bit of hope, so we dreamt up this: a fun blend designed to be enjoyed chilled and in the presence of lots of good people. We enjoyed it so much we've continued to make it ever since.

It's a blend of our two favourite Pinots (Noir & Gris) and it turns out they're very good mates. The Pinot Noir brings some spiciness, red fruit flavours and a tiny hint of Campari-like bitterness, whilst the Pinot Gris brings fleshiness and generosity and an underlying influence of pickled ginger and poached pear.

We're pretty happy with how this one turned out - it's refreshing, and moreish. Perfect for either accentuating summer vibes or creating them out of thin air.
