Welcome to La Dolce Vita - Noisy Ritual style. In 2022 we took our first allocation of Lambrusco fruit and we had an inkling of what it might become. After tasting the grapes it was clear it was a great candidate for Pet Nat in the form of a Rosato (which is Italian for Rosé). The idea was that the luscious red fruit would - pressed prior to fermentation with gentle extraction - provide a generous flavour profile that would make a delicious, bubbly, warm-weather party wine.

The 2022 Pet Nat Lambrusco strikes a great balance, with the pet nat (methode ancestrale) technique providing crisp texture and a hint of savoury flavour, and the fruit giving juicy complexity, generous body and vibrant acidity.

So let the party begin: Red berry fruit aromas spill out of the glass, the palate is generous with juicy, tangy flavours and the bright acidity and light bubbles keep it clean and refreshing. It's the perfect poolside partner or sunny meadow mate.

FUN FACT: Pet Nat is short for Petillant Naturel and means naturally bubbly in French. After the yeast cells finish the fermentation they precipitate out of the liquid to form a fine sediment in the bottom of the bottle. You can either pour the clear wine without disturbing the sediment, or mix it up and enjoy the full rich experience. Choose your own adventure.
